SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 7 SPECS!

1.SCREEN :

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Samsung’s premium devices are mainly known for the amazing screen and well, the Note 7 has kept that legacy in continue. We have a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen which is curved on both the sides, making it the first Note handset with a dual curved edge screen. The screen is gorgeous for sure with a mind-blowing viewing experience. At the moment it is the best smartphone display! And well, the extremely thin bezels are bang on the buck. 🙂

2. BUILT & DESIGN :

The device is a premium in every single aspect, no doubt in it. As the company says –

The Galaxy Note7 was designed with purpose, both inside and out. From the dual-curved display and curved back to the revamped menu and expanded options for personalization. It’s a smartphone that changes the way you get things done—in a big way.

As mentioned, the Note 7 is the first Note series device to feature a curved edge display and well, the design pretty much matches the S7. Anyways, we have Glass on the front and metal on the back which makes the device look amazingly premium. And yes, it is a fingerprint magnet for sure 🙂

3. CAMERA :

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Samsung has a pretty good track record of having the best cameras in its devices. And the Note 7 is the same here! The Galaxy Note7 camera works like our own eyes focusing on objects in a similarly fast and accurate manner. Its 12MP Dual Pixel Sensor coordinates with a brighter F1.7 lens and larger 1.4µm pixels to take photos whenever and however your life happens, whether it’s day or night, fast or slow. The low light performance is amazing, the company says.

And yes, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 can record super crisp 4K videos with ease. Here is a sample of the 4K video recording via the Galaxy Note 7-

4. BATTERY :

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

One major problem when you have a super high-end device with such display is the battery life. And Samsung knows how to give an insane battery life. We have seen the same in the S7/S7 Edge. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 features a great 3,500 mAh battery under the hood with wireless charging and fast charging support. And interestingly, the Note 7 is water resistant and it even has that trademark S-Pen. 😀

5. SOFTWARE & PERFORMANCE :

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

With an octa-core Snapdragon 820 Chipset , Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of CPDDR4 RAM, you will have a buttery smooth performance for sure. There is 64GB of onboard storage and it is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. Well, there is no dedicated slot for memory expansion. In fact, there is a hybrid slot and you will have to sacrifice your second sim if you want to add microSD card. (Why Samsung?) The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

5. SECURITY :

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Security is actually one of the much talked about aspects of the Samsung Galaxy Note7. As all the leaks and rumors suggested, the Note 7 do come with an Iris Scanner. Also, there is a fingerprint scanner that will work as a home button or you can say a home button that will work as a fingerprint scanner. ( It’s your choice!) You must be thinking – WHY IRIS SCANNING? Well, the patterns of our irises are incredibly complex and no two irises are the same—even on the same person. And because iris authentication leaves no physical mark on the Galaxy Note7 it’s impossible to replicate, making it one of the most secure ways to protect your data. You also get a new ‘Secure Folder’ feature .With Secure Folder, you’re essentially able to use two phones on one device. A separate, secure gallery can be created while the same apps can be managed with different login accounts. It’s simple to use and it works. 😀

6. THE UI :

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Ah, Samsung and TouchWiz have a pretty good love story. But fortunately, we have seen a lot of improvements in the UI. It is no more that laggy, ugly TouchWiz! In the Note 7, we have a really new design with new icons inspired by the material design. And yes, we have the Edge Features also. With the edge screen on the Galaxy Note 7, you have what you want at a flick of the finger. From your favorite apps to the updates you need, from more information shown at a glance to a wider selection on the Tasks edge. What you need is available in the way you want because it’s customizable as well. 🙂

So, the whole thing when explained in one word comes out as – AWESOME! The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is beautiful, bold and extremely fast. ( And Big too!) A lot has changed from the previous year’s Note 5 so would you like to change your Note 5 for the Note 7 ? Let us know your opinions in the comments section 🙂
